Spring Newsletter
Friday night- April 27th, is a bonfire cookout at Gary Robinson’s Bull Hill Rd, Lafayette, NY. Please bring cookout type eats to share. Also BYOB.
Saturday Crack of Dawn- ADM Co-Ed Golf Tourney- Contact Ben Bibik if interested in joining a four-some. 315-399-7435.
As many of you know, ADM Alumni Association holds a Spring Dinner. This year, the “Spring Candlelight Dinner” will be held at the Pompey Hill Firehouse, on April 28th, 2012. Cocktails @ 6:30 p.m., dinner at 7 p.m., with Brothers Mike “Hayshaker” and Sue “Grouchy” Andrews catering.
We really need a close head count to make sure we have enough for everyone, although Sue is used to cooking for an Army already.
We ask that you treat this as a night to dress up for a change; not formal or semi-formal, but blue jeans are definitely out, as there will be dancing following the dinner. And hopefully, someone will man the camera for some sensational shots.
The Menu you ask?
Cocktails @ 6:30 p.m. Red & White Wine supplied also BYOB your choice of favorite beverage.

Roast Beef- w/mushrooms on the side
Chicken Broccoli Bake w/Ricotta Cheese and wide noodles
Mashed Potatoes
Gravy
Tossed Garden Salad w/raspberry vinaigrette dressing
Vegetable Medley
Meatless Ziti
Dessert- Strawberry & glaze filled white cake w/lite white frosting

On to the Sunday Picnic- April 29th, 2012 also at the firehouse. Bring a dish to pass. Meat (hamburgs and hotdogs and Buns) supplied by the Fraternity. All else is up to you. Bring refreshments of your choice. If you have an idea of what you would like to bring, let “Hayshaker” or “Grouchy” know and we won’t duplicate too much. Games will be available for all the children, young and old(er) to play. Maybe even a ballgame. The picnic usually starts at noon on Sunday.
The next major event after Spring Weekend, will be the ADM Summer Campout at Hejamada Campgrounds. July 18th – 22nd, 2012. Details to follow as we get things set.
